Paul is a singer songwriter who can play and record all instruments, except drums. He is currently looking for musicians to work with him on a new recording contract.

Some of Paul’s influences are: NYC, Philadelphia, and the ups and downs of life.

After 5 months writing new songs and living in the mountains of Appalachia, I have returned to the east coast and am living in the Washington D.c. area. I will be going back into the studio to record new material. Some songs were written on a 23 hour bus trip back with no food or money so the “gritty” lyrics will still be evident. I enjoyed doing solo gigs in Kentucky and Ohio, but the electricity and studio are calling. Can’t wait to play for everyone in Canada that will be a blast, and getting a record deal is still what I and the listening people want.…………………

Paul is a performer that is heading for legend as one reviewer wrote. He writes from the gut with lot’s of heart thrown in, gritty real life real emotion,,,,, Paul has played with many notable players and writers, as well as with the Paul Kurrey Band and as a solo artist.

Paul is from Philadelphia and NYC has been a second home to him.

Paul’s Lyrics and sound come from his experiences, from living on the streets at 14, through the many notable life events to follow. “I have lived in penthouse apartments and been tossed aside when I no longer had a dime. Slept in a subway train, and breathed Jamaican air. I write from the gut with a lot of heart as one person put it, and I guess that is a pretty good way to put it. Listen and love." Paul says.
