We should see the spirits singing
Tis the child-heart draws them,ringing
Would ye not break out in weeping?

A holy child of greatness
He hears
Music ringing, silent singing
Softly, softly
He muses deep
Now breath

DARE YE DREAM
Yestermorn dreamers
art weary.
Visions:
Amaranths withered
Thou wert sleepeth
in shadows
of cloistral peace.
Athereal
Heaven-flowers
Glory doth bloom.

Passing,
sun setting.
Thy quiver
'til chilled.
Tippet,
gossamer of immortality,
Kindly,
eternity stopped
for thee.
Without haste.
DEATH PAUSED.

Fields of gossamer
Scarcely visible
Centuries in the ground
Death stopped for me
Immortality for more than a day

The carriage stopped-
Immortality
paused before us,
and passed us
slowly away.

If I had to guess
his probing eyes told me that
with death comes little comfort.
Between pain and grief
his piercing eyes renew light
giving love that could not die.

Without understanding,
light from ones lamplight
would not be seen.

seen by twilight
windows with lamplight
wood smoke, signs of someone
